Rated 2 out of 5 by Battery dies too soon. When it holds the charge it works great but unfortunately the battery only lasts about 1 yr. The price I paid for it, I expected a longer life. Also, you have to be very careful when switching from your upper teeth to bottom and from inside to outside. Although it makes for a good laugh and a great youtube video, it can be kind of clumsy and easily slips out of your hand squirting water everywhere in the room. Not quite as funny the second time, not funny at all the third but learned my lesson. I wish there was an automatic shut off when the button isn't being pushed. 01/10/2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by A must have If you think you are getting your teeth and gums clean just with brushing and flossing, think again. The waterpik removes so much more even after you've flossed and brushed! I'm even using a sonic style toothbrush. The evidence is in the sink. I have had one for about 4 years and it's still working well! I take it on weekends and it holds a charge so I don't need to bring my charger. I bought one for my son who needs to clean under his bridge. He says it's working very well, and, "Thanks, Mom!" 11/18/2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Not so great Needs frequent refills during use. Does not seem very powerful. Messy to use because you have to hold it a certain way to keep the water in contact with the pump. If I had to do it over again, I'd buy a regular plug in type Water Pic. 06/11/2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Liked past model better I have used a Waterpik cordless for several years and it finally stopped working. When I ordered the new one I noticed the change in design and thought the only difference would be that it held more water. It doesn't seem to hold any more than the old one, though. It still does the job it is supposed to do, but a whole lot messier. Water goes everywhere and you MUST lean over a sink and have a towel nearby when you are finished. I'll keep it, but only for lack of a better alternative for me. 03/18/2013
