Rated 2 out of 5 by PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU ORDER! I decided to get these after reading the reviews because the biggest complaint was that they didn't really darken the room. I didn't care about that. I was excited to get these drapes. The color was a little different than pictured but it was still beautiful. The beauty stops there. When I took these out of the package they were so wrinkled it was ridiculous. I put them in the dryer with a damp cloth as specified and that helped very little. I just couldn't get them to hang nicely. I was afraid to iron them because of the backing. I bought rings and that didn't help. Anyway, the only choice is to send them back! What a pain. 11/29/2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Nice window panels Bought these for my living room windows and a bay window in the kitchen. The evening sun comes through the back of the house in the afternoons and keeps the house pretty hot, with the air conditioner trying to keep it cool, but I rent and the landlord has never properly sealed the windows and doors. I purchased these to help block the sun and keep it cooler in the house. The curtains look great, the quality is good and they really help block the sun in the afternoon. The curtains are worth every penny, even if purchased at full price. 09/09/2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by very heavy material, in a good way be weary if you have a cheap curtain rod, it will not hold these up. the material is very heavy but in a good way. i should have paid more attention to the description. i just wanted some simple green curtains to cover up a closet that had no doors. the black out feature when i held it up to the window it seemed to work fine, which i imagine if you had a work schedule that requires working at night or you are susceptible to migraines than these would have worked great. but that wasn't the main reason why i bought it so i ended up returning. my own fault though, like i said i should have read the description better. 11/26/2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by NOT blackout I'm a nurse that works night shift. I was on the hunt for truly blackout curtains. I purchased the Eclipse Theodore, Eclipse Microfiber, Eclipse Round and Round, and the Eclipse Corinnes in the dark blue. The best performers were the Microfiber and the Round and Round. Microfiber doesn't let ANY sunlight in, even with the blinds open. Round and Round does a great job blocking all light if the blinds are closed. The Theodore was more room darkening than blackout. The Corinne was the worst of the four. The only thing the Corinne has over the Round and Round and Microfiber is the rod pocket. The other two have grommets that do let some light in (but I found if I close the blinds downward it is minimal). I guess it really depends on what you need from the curtains. 09/25/2013
