I ordered curtains for two windows, one set was fine, the other set had a large tear in them. When I returned them for an exchange it seemed confusing the way it was handled. First, my Kohl's card was credited and then they sent me another set ( after calling) and then charged my card again. I thought when they were returned, i would automatically receive another pair my mail.
