Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent Product I got this puzzle for my daughter when she was between 3 and 3.5 years old. She is advanced for her age at puzzles and I had difficulty finding a puzzle that was challenging enough, yet with peices she could handle. This puzzle fit exactly what I was looking for and she still asks to do it. It has taught her many of the states, and I relearned them while helping her with it. My daughter has many puzzles, and I'd say that this is a favorite for both of us. She loves learning about the states and I love that she is being educated and that the product is so sturdy. I like this product enough that I am considering getting the world map puzzle that is similar to this for Christmas or her 4th birthday. 12/14/2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by great puzzle This puzzle is colorful, big enough to see the states and capitols, heavy-duty and wipes clean. There are no down sides to it! I highly recommend it. It's a great educational tool , and it's fun! 01/20/2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by We LOVE this puzzle in our home! I love that the puzzle pieces are the shapes of the states. My 5.5 year old son has played with this on and off (he goes through phases) for over a year. Thanks to this puzzle he knows where all the states are, can recognize them by shape, and even knows most of the capitals. Even I can't claim that! GREAT PUZZLE!!! 11/11/2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Educational I bought this puzzle for my three year old grandchildren. It was too hard for them because the pieces mirror the shapes of the states. That's good for older children, of course, but too difficult for younger ones to assemble. With puzzles of scenes, they can assemble the pieces by linking shapes and color schemes. I'm looking forward, though, to giving them the gift when they older. 03/10/2013
