I bought this for my granddaughter for Christmas and she plays with it all the time. It has realistic sounds, like timer going off on microwave, faucet running, and a light that goes on and off. Her 4 year old stepsister also likes to play with it. Wish it had been made of a little more sturdy plastic as when it sits on the carpet it tends to lean or tip, but all in all a really great toy for small children.

I bought this for my 1 year old. Truly, it was something I was not sure about at all... it looked small and a little boring. The opposite is true, however! It was (is) his favorite birthday toy! And I am not sure his 3 year old brother doesn't love it more! They fight over it all day long!
They love to put the "food" in and out of the sorter, and have already "cooked" up quite a few gourmet meals.

There are many learning options on this play kitchen. I bought 2 of them for Christmas gifts this year for my granddaughters and don't you know, my 2 year old grandson found them and loved playing with them in the box. I might have to get him one too! They are colorful with lots of buttons to turn and things to open. Parts are big enough for toddlers. The audio offers many learning tools.

I had a good feeling I would like the laugh and learn kitchen and I was right. My 11 month old recieved the kitchen for Christmas 2011 and still plays with it as much as she did then if not more at 15 months old. We can travel with it, each setting with the choice of music, learning or a choice of languages does at least 2-3 different sounds or words to decribe the object with a touch of the hand. Whatever part of the kitchen moves makes a sound teaches her to be familiar with specific parts with their own sounds as in our kitchen.
