I originally bought this clock at my local Kohl' s for my mom who has dementia. I decided to try it out before shipping to my mom but liked it so well I kept it for myself and ordered her another brand from the internet. That atomic clock didn't kept the time at all so I ordered the Timex Atomic Clock from the Kohl's website and she loves it. She got up this morning to go to work but looked at the clock and saw that it was Sunday, which kept her from waking the entire household.
This clock keeps great time and temp.
My only complaint is the backlighting. It doesn't really do what it is supposed to do. I can't see the numbers at all. Even so it is still a quality product. Thanks Kohl's.

I got one of these clocks and was annoyed at how it ate batteries. So I tried a bunch of the similar clocks (mostly lacrosse), and this one was the best at keeping a signal from outside. So I bought another one, but this time bought an oddity switch 94570 to put between 4 of the rechargeable batteries. Now I can plug the clock in, turn on the backlight 24/7, and not have to worry about indoor batteries. I do still have to change the outdoor battery, but it's been about 2.5 months I think with no change needed yet. I like it now and am looking to buy another one right now. A bit pricey, but a good machine.

Bought this clock for my husband birthday. He loved it. Soon as he put battery in the clock set it self automatically. Just took a few minutes to figure out where to display it, as it needed to be able to read the outdoor probe. Once we figured out where to hang everything it worked perfectly.

I was looking for an atomic clock that I could see at night. I thought this one would do the job but i was wrong. First it takes 6 batteries for the display. The directions say when the backlit display is on high the batteries will only last about 1 month and there is no way to plug it in to AC power. Second the display is not visible except at certain angles so you have to set it just right in order to see the display from the angle you will look at it the most otherwise you can't see the display clearly.
It's a great idea except it's not a great product.
