These are the best baking sheets I have ever owned! Love that they are non stick and easy to clean. They are okay in the oven up to 450 degrees so you can roast food on them. I have used them for cookies and rolls so far. The bread browned up nicely and the cookies left nothing behind on the sheets. These baking sheets are quite heavy which I love. They do not bend in the oven while food is cooking like other brands do. I will be purchasing more of these in the future. They are built to last and are worth the price in my opinion.

I have had many baking sheets over the years. I bought my first "food" baking sheet several years ago and I said I would never buy any other brand again. I looked at my local Kohls many times but they stopped carrying them in my local store. I loved them so much that I bought three more on line and put two away for the future. I am worried they will stop making them. I have bought a total of six of these pans over the years and they are super. I bought one for my best friend of forty two years as well. You could not go wrong with this pan!

I bought this baking sheet around Thanksgiving and used it to bake all of my Christmas cookies (4 different types). None of my cookies burned (baked at 350-400F), and the pan did not warp or twist while in the oven. It has washed up very well - no discoloration at all. The sheet has some weight to it, but that's to be expected with the grade and quality. I had been wanting a commercial grade baking sheet for a long time, and this item has met my expectations.
Rated 4 out of 5Â by Janeta this works great..... perfectly even cooking, but
I loved this pan, my only complaint is that the pan stains very easily and you can't get it clean. I gave up and even tried to brillo it. There is nothing worse than a dirty looking pot or pans, I tried lining it with foil and it left a brown stain that is permanent. I would say use this only for baking with parchment paper, unless stains don't bother you.
