The Keurig mini is perfect for a single lady like myself. It's easy, I didn't have to put anything together and I like the fact I am finally not going to waste anymore coffee! We have the commercial unit at my firm and I have to say I do miss the trough, hey I'll get that trough when I upgrade. :)

I purchased this for my elderly mother and so when I got it I took it out of the box to run water thru and make a cup of coffee so I could explain to her how to use it. When I took it out of the box I was surprised how durable it was. I expected it to be cheap and lightweight considering the price I paid but that was not the case.
Also, more importantly it's very easy to use and I think mom will love it. The only complaint I have is that the light doesn't come on for power; which they mention in the directions. But that just doesn't make sense. It wold be nice if it did.
I regret not buying one for myself!

I got this cute coffee maker as a gift and it was awesome for about 2 months, and then it stopped squirting out coffee and was leaking water everywhere. I did always use filtered water like they suggested in the manual. Kohls is great and allowed me to exchange it..but then it started having the same problem. Everyone I know has the more expensive models and has never had a problem with them. I still think Keurigs are great but I'm hoping Kohls will let me exchange this one in for a more expensive model since I'm willing to pay the difference. Personally don't cheap out on this one..pay the extra 70 bucks if you can and get the next model up.

I bought this personal brewer because I do not have that much counter space and my old Keurig was too big but was great. But when I got this I found that only small coffee mugs fit under this personal coffee maker. Because it needs the drain cover there to catch excess water that drains and it always seems to drain water. So if I need to brew a Ice coffee or a travel mug I have to use a small mug and pour it into the bigger mug. It does make good coffee. I am also not sure how to clean the water lines and area that you put the water in since you can not take it apart. I really do like the thinner width so it takes up less space on my counter.
