Rated 5 out of 5Â by BrooklynTeacher Great go-to pants
These pants are wonderful for a semi-casual work environment. They are very comfortable with their elastic waist, and the rise is a good fit for a person who is short-waisted like I am. The legs do not look elephantine, as those on many plus-size pants do. They must be lightly pressed after washing, seeing as they are mostly cotton, but nothing too rigorous. The only drawback, and a MAJOR one at that, is that they come in only two colors: black and "cobblestone", a type of beige/tan. It is incomprehensible why Kohl's does not offer these pants in a navy, seeing as that is the second most common color for work, and seeing as we are entering the winter season. They had them last year. Why discontinue the color?

I love these pants for fit and comfort. So much, in fact, that after purchasing the first pair, I ordered 3 more. They will be great for every season but summer. They are a thick cotton and very warm so my purpose of purchasing them, to wear in the Florida summer heat, didn't work out but the pants will, as I said, be great for the rest of the year's weather. One more thing to point out, which has been pointed out before, is that the fabric picks up lint, pet hair, etc. very easily! I usually have a few lint rollers around so can keep them nice looking but they are magnets!!!

I recently ordered two pairs of these pants because the previous ones that I have worn were always so comfortable and fit well. This time, however, they seem to pick up every piece of lint and dog hair and it doesn't even come off in the washer or dryer. Apparently, these are made with a different material than the others that I have purchased. I am very disappointed as they were not inexpensive. If anybody has had the same experience and has figured out how to eliminate the dog hair and lint, please let me know. I have tried a lint roller and anti-static spray and they look good for a few minutes but I am covered before I head out the door.
