Rated 1 out of 5 by Great at first - now it's trash I purchased this scale Fall 2012. Loved the features: digital read-out, lbs/kg, small footprint, easy to use. Only used it occasionally, but tried to weigh an item this week & the display is starting to fail. Read a review dated July 2014, where that purchaser had the same problem. I'll try changing the batteries, but don't think that's the issue. This is probably the last digital scale I'll ever buy - so glad I still have my trusty old non-digital clunker. 10/02/2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Been using for 8 months and love it Bought this scale 8 months ago and thought at the time that it was too expensive. I'm glad I chose it. I have lost 30 pounds using it and have no more weight to lose. It measures in ounces or grams. You can set your plate on it, hit the button to zero it out and then add each food item (zeroing out between each item) to calculate your total meal calories. The digital display pulls out, which seems like it would not be used, but when you place larger dishes on the scale without that feature you would not be able to see the display. I could not live without it. Works great. When the weighing starts to act flaky (flashing and can't make up find about the weight), just change the batteries and all will be good again. 09/29/2011
Rated 4 out of 5 by Easy to use This scale has some great features-there is a zeroing function so you can use any container for measuring. The display pulls out from the scale so you can see it if you use a big bowl. You can easily switch between metric and standard units. However, it does seem a little flimsy and the regular price seems on the high side. 04/25/2012
Rated 2 out of 5 by Worked well - then stopped This was a great scale - very accurate, compact. After 18 mos. the readout became scrambled. I changed batteries, but it still isn't readable. Warranty expired so it's worthless. 07/06/2014
