The machine is very easy to use . The yogurt come out very thick and creamy which almost like Greek yogurt. My friend didn't think I made it!
The con is the number fooled me when I brought it. There is no any uses about it. IT iS NOT TIMER! I can live without it. If you want to have timer one, you can buy another model from this company which would cost another $15.00 more . Another issues is sometimes the machine base overheated and got hot instead warm if I want to use over 10 hours. I am worrying if I can use longer.
Overall I am happy about this yogurt machine .

I had an older model that worked well, over the 15 years of use the jars broke which is to be expected. I re-ordered and expected the same quality. The timer does not work, I have wasted two batches of expensive milk and yogourmet. Lousy customer service from Euro Cuisine. Waste of money!

An easy way to make home-made yogurt. It is very simple. You just follow the instructions and let it sit for 9-10 hours until it's done. The numbers on the front are kind of silly....I don't know why you need them, since it doesn't keep the time or anything, but I guess it works for some people to help them remember in how many hours to check on it. I definitely would recommend using a clock instead of that, since you still have to keep track of how long it's been/when to check it, etc. The trouble I had always had before was how to keep the yogurt at the right temperature and this does the job. I recommend using whole powdered milk for a creamier, delicious tasting yogurt and also to add a fresh fruit puree just before eating instead of to the whole batch for a better fresh fruit flavor.

This yogurt maker does what it is suppose to do, which is hold the yogurt at a certain temperature so that the culture can grow, which turns your prepared product into yogurt. Plus I purchased the second level, and I use 2 glass bowls to hold my prepared fat free half & half. That way when it is firm enough I then strain out the weigh, which makes it have less carbs. Then I put it into the individual glass small jars, or just a large bowl and throw it in the fridge. It's soooo yummy.
