Rated 1 out of 5 by A Major Disappointment This was exactly what I had been looking for and I was thrilled to find it. I thought it was rather expensive, but that made me think that it was a good product. The very first time I used it I found it difficult to clean and after trying many different methods, it has been "stained" since the first use. Almost every time I use it, food sticks to it and burns, and the smoke alarm goes off. I wish I were joking, but I'm not. I gave this another chance last night, and I'm still trying to scrape off the burnt bits of marinade from the pan. This happened after a total of only 7 minutes cooking time. I ended up throwing the steaks into a cast iron pan and finishing them in the oven. 12/30/2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Too hard to clean Great size, I like the 2-in-1 nature of it. Used it for pancakes, sausages, chicken, steaks. Problem: It's very difficult to clean. This material is NOT "non-stick". It's worse than if they had just left it as bare aluminum; I've got bare aluminum pans that are much easier to clean. (Yes, you have to scrub them. But - there's no "non-stick" coating to worry about scrubbing off, so I reach for the toughest scrubbie right away and it gets done in seconds.) So, instead of being my "go to" for pancakes, as I'd hoped.... I tend to save it for very special occasions only. Very frustrating. 01/20/2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by This product outperformed my expectations! I received my grill pan two weeks ago, but continued to grill outside until yesterday when we ran out of fuel. After my experience with the grill pan, I'm not sure I will return to barbequing outside again in the heat and humidity. What made the experience especially satisfying was the non-stick quality of the pan and the ability to finely adjust the temperatures on both burners-great for the burgers I grilled over one burner and buns toasted over the other. I would highly recommend this product to any would-be grillers out there! 06/08/2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Very disappointed My goal was to cook safer by avioiding teflon, but still have the convience of non-stick, but I have been very disappointed in this product. At first it was great, the non-stick was fine, but after about 10 uses the non-stick became more stained and ineffective with each use. Now after using it for 3 months food sticks to it and is impossible to clean. I have had food network products in the past and was very happy with them, this pan however, is not worth purchasing. 07/14/2012
