Rated 1 out of 5 by STORKCRAFT NEEDS BETTER QUALITY CONTROL- BEWARE I Love Kohls, but the Storkcraft glider had missing pieces and the seat pre drilled holes to attach the back did not meet so you can not attach the back rest to the seat area- so the chair is useless. The snaps that attach the arm covers were broken as well, and the other chair I purchased the dowls that hold the arms on after 1 month the arms broke away from the handles and the chair eventually will squeek so loud you can not rock in it! This item is not easy to return either as the box is huge and it weighs over 50 lbs 01/30/2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by Poor quality for the price!! I plan on returning this item back to Kohl's. This rocking chair is of poor quality. The chair has no cushion at all. The cushion for the seat is less than 2 inches thick and doesn't hold up well. I would take my money somewhere else and get yourself better quality chair. I couldn't believe how cheap this chair was. The button for the arm part was missing. The wood is wasn't completely stained on the ottoman stool. Spend the money elsewhere and get yourself a chair you wont be disappointed in. 01/26/2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Beautiful, Comfortable, Quiet, and Smooth! I love this glider. I got it as a gift because we are expecting a baby and I have been using it for the past few weeks because I love to rock. It was super easy to put together and it is very comfortable. I love the fact that it has side pockets and you can remove them if you want. I haven't had any problems with the gliding motion and it is still super quiet. I'm excited for my little one to get here and use it for that. I'm sure it will work great! 01/17/2011

First off I ordered espresso and was sent black, but while I was putting the chair together I discovered many more faults. 1)The chair had two huge nicks out of the seat and the back piece that had been painted over, therefore I know these happend during the manufacturing process. 2)The left arm rest was slightly twisted and does not sit flush on the seat. 3)The right arm rest cover doesnt fit right and is so tight that it is bowed up in the middle. 4) The backrest coushin has a brown line in the middle that is NOT supposed to be there. 5) The coushin on the ottoman has blackened oily looking finger prints under the plastic cover. 6) Last but not least, a leg brace on the right side of the chair is completely snapped in half. I waited two weeks for this chair and I am sad to say that I regret the purchace and will be contacting whomever I can to get this issue resolved. 09/07/2012
