The clay is great. Smells good and and doesn't leave much residue on the table. BUT you get very little to work with. The three rolling pins and the pattern roller are very nice (sturdy and roll well). The 5 wooden stamps were okay in concept but the clay gets stuck in them immediately making it really hard to play with them (I had to dig it out with a toothpick every couple of minutes while we were playing). Overall, I didn't feel like it was worth the money. Side note: I LOVE almost all M&D toys. This was one exception :(

Great set! We have broken several plastic sets with our 2 1/2 and 4 yr. old daughters, so the wooden design is very sturdy. The dough is great-much better than Play Doh which is dry and pieces flake off everywhere. Wish we could buy more of this dough separately. Simply designed pieces that are easy to hold and stamp with. We love the set and would definitely recommend it!!

I bought this kit for my 3 year old to travel with, however the textured rollers just end up getting play dough stuck in the pattern and become unusable and AWFUL to clean out. I used a few times and had to use a blade to scrape out the play dough. No easy for an adult to use, even worse for a toddler.

My sons are really into play-dough now and I was searching for something, other than my kitchen tools, they could use to play. This set is perfect. Small enough for little hands and creative enough for their imaginations. I would recommend this to everyone.
