I cook a lost of special diets for diabetics which call for a lot of special ingredients. Most of these special ingredients are not utensil and cookware friendly..very hard to remove without soaking. I have used traditional and silicon loaf pans and have to soak them for at 30 minutes to get clean.
But my new non-stick loaf pan...there are no words to describe!!!
Cooks food faster and to remove, just flip onto cooling rack..no running dspatula around edges to loosen!!!
But the clean-up...wash, rinse and dry in less than 30 seconds.!!
If you bake and use loaf pans, this pan is a must.
More than worth the price!!!

I also like the idea that a portion of the proceeds from my purchase is donated to Rachel Ray's charity. I highly recommend this product.

I love these pans! My first purchase from Rachel Ray was the cookie sheet and I was so impressed that I bought 2 nonstick loaf pans and other Rachel Ray bakeware. I gave my others away since I don't plan on using anything else. I enjoy baking and not worrying about food sticking or a messy clean up.

I thought this nonstick loaf pan was kind of expensive but it is made so much better than any I have ever seen. My bread came out beautifully, so easily and with a perfect crust all over. I was so pleased as this is an item I use for so many recipes.
