I realize this is a mini chopper and I guess I underestimated what I would be using it for, but this wound up being too small for what I need and too big to be useful for small job. Really is just an in-between, odd size that doesn't seem useful to me since I have a real mini for things like chopping garlic and needed a larger one than this. Returned.

I needed a machine to chop up my dogs chicken. grating seemed to be the best way but was killing my knuckles. i saw this one in pink and fell in love. Some reviews weren't so good but I used it and saved myself at least an hour a day. it chops chicken breasts just fine. sooo easy to clean. I LOVE IT.

I was so happy to find a 3 cup processor. I made my own baby food for my first baby and plan to do so again with the second baby. I used a 6-8 cup one, but sometimes that was too much. I also love to use the processor for "shredding" veggies. Like carrots for cake and zucchini for bread. I have found that it doesn't chop the zucchini very well at all. With my big processor I can fill it to the top and it will chop it all down. This one I can barely processes 1 cup at a time and I had to shake it and turn it to get that 1 cup of stuff to chop small enough. Not too happy. I have a 1 cup processor if I want to do so little at a time. Maybe its just not good at chopping raw things? I haven't tried it on anything cooked yet. I hope it does good on crumb toppings. That's the other thing I bought it for. As of now I'm not happy with it and I would not recommend it. I would take it back after using it once if I had kept the box.

I DO love my mini-prep plus for making pesto, hummus, and chopping veggies (epescially onions) quickly.
Pro: saves space, easy to clean, dishwasher safe.
Con: only good for small jobs; trying to pulverize a can of tomatoes was messy
