Rated 5 out of 5Â by Deezigner Levis from the past to the present
I was quite pleased to see and feel the denim fabric was heavy as in the original style Levis. Yes, Levis added some stretch to the denim, but for me being a senior I appreciated the extra "give" around the waistline.
I am petite, and 5'3", but ordered the regular size 8. Wanted the jeans to be long to cover my boots and clogs. Also wanted to have allowance for shrinkage. I have washed the jeans and did not note any shrinkage. When I go to order another pair of these jeans I will probably order a size 6 regular so the "legs" fit snugger and hope the waist will "accommodate" my mature waistline.

I have worn Levis for decades and the quality is worse with every pair I buy!
They have no cosistency on sizing or fit. I ordered 2 pairs same size, cut and color. They were nothing like each other, and even less like the ones I have purchased in the past that I loved so much!
Also they seem thinner and wear out twice as fast as they have in the past.
They can be great jeans if you get the size you want, just hasn't happened to me the last 4 out of 5 times I have ordered.
I think it might be time to find a new favorite brand, I don't have the time or paitence to get the "right ones"

Had to return. Ordered my usual size but they were too small. Smaller than the last time I purchased them. Boot cut 512's fit better.

I prefer the old styling - the 100% cotton jean that fit like it was supposed to. I liked the old buttons on the Levis. This part-spandex jean with the elastic waist is just wrong! What ever happened to "if it ain't broke, don't fix it?"
