Making fresh bread is so easy with this Mini Breadmaker. No premixing, just add your ingredients and press start. The Zojirushi does all the work for you. It delivers a light, perfect loaf that is just the right size to be eaten before it is dried out. So far I have only made gluten free bread due to my severe allergy, but I plan to make some of the recipes it comes with for my husband. Overall it is worth every cent and will pay for itself in no time since I don't have to buy the very expensive gluten free bread from the supermarket. I love it!

this makes a 1 lb square loaf which is perfect for just one or two people. If the loaf bakes up too high, just cut the loaf down the middle, then slice. Not crazy about the recipes in the book; I thought they were a bit too dry. I tweaked Ron's Bread Machine Bread recipe to make a 1 lb loaf; it was wonderful & stayed moist, even though it lasted just 2 days (2 people in the house). One of the problems with bread machines is the kneading paddle tends to get baked into the bread, but I have yet to have that happen with my Zojirushi, which means you don't mess up the bottom of the bread. this is a bit on the pricey side, but worth every penny!

This is my second bread machine and my first by Zojirushi. The quality is amazing compared to my prior version (which was a cheap one). Easy to see and follow controls, nice heavy bread pan, a snap to clean. Have made about 6 loaves and all have come out beautifully. I am not a huge fan of the vertical loaf that you get with bread machines, but we don't eat bread fast enough to use the larger version which has a more traditional shape. this mini version is perfect for us. Recipes for the size are very easy to find.
