By ordering from the kiosk, since the color of the Levi's blue jeans was not available in the store, I expected them to be the incorrect color. I ordered stone-washed, but when they arrived, they were a much darker color than I wanted. So, I still had to come back to a different store to exchange them. I could have driven to that store and purchased them in the first place. So, the remedy would be is to have more of a diverse selection in the store so that a customer doesn't have to go to all that extra trouble, travel and aggravation in waiting for the arrival of the order, finding out it is incorrect and having to work in going to a different store to exchange them. Thanks.

Have worn Levis since the 70, and relaxed fit for 20+ years. They still remain the best fitting jeans for me, but besides the ever increasing cost, the sizing is VERY inconsistent. I bought 3 pair at the same time. Turns out 2 were made in one country, one in another. Two fit, 1 did not.
Also bought Levis women's jeans-1 at store, 1 at Kohls online. They were manufactured in different countries. One fit, one didn't. The stitching was different as well and 1 had 2 buttons, 1 just 1 button.
Levi needs to either have them all made in the same place, or have more stringent and consistent quality control.

Even though everything about these Levi's are great, the waistbands are two inches larger then the size ordered.
They're clearly marked 31" but when put on they were way too big.
This was very frustrating because I coerced my husband to go to another department store with me to try on Levi's to get his true size because every other pair of jeans I brought home to him were huge.
You would think a pair of jeans made by the same company that are the same cut and style would be the same size regardless of the department store or country they were made in (Egypt, Argentina and Mexico).
