I bought three of these for my kids, and the screen is WAY TOO SMALL. I could barely see the picture that I had just taken due to the screen size and quality of the picture. I took all 3 cameras back. I get that it's meant for kids, but when kids are used to iPhone and regular digital camera screens, they hated how small these screens were.

This camera looked so cute in the box, and with the Discovery Channel brand, I figured I was getting a great camera/toy for my daughter. After using it 2 times, the shutter button jammed. When I tried to upload the pictures to my computer, the computer said the files were not supported, so I couldn't get any of the pictures my daughter took. On top of that, after it had been OFF for a couple of days, it drained the very expensive electronics batteries I had put in it, so I can't even delete the pictures off the drive. This has been such a disappointment. I'll be taking it back and letting the store know how horrible it is.

My son thought it was awesome to have his own camera (especially one that takes video!) I love that it is weighted so that if you drop it, it is almost sure to land on the cushioned sides & get no damage. The downside - it has almost no memory!! My son excitedly took 3 short (less than 30sec each) videos & 4 pictures on Christmas, & it was full. There doesn't seem to be a way to add more either, via a card or anything. So it is great if you are close to the computer so you can upload instantly, or if you intend on deleting almost everything as soon as your kid takes it... but don't plan on taking it on a hike or other excursion for your kid to commemorate a lot.

Let me first say, thank god I got this on black Friday for a great deal bc this thing is a piece of junk. I was expecting lower picture quality but not so low all pictures come out blurry and/or dark. There is no flash and even in a lighted room pics come out dark. There is almost no memory and the only good thing about it is it looks cute and is durable. Who cares about those things if your kids can't see the pics they took. If I still had the box it would be going back!
