Rated 2 out of 5 by Kind of Ok. the old one is better. I bought this brewer to add another coffee machine to my cpa office. the old Keurig is faster, and noisier. This new machine is fairly quiet but will take twice as long as the old machine. can't tell yet if it is getting hung up at the heating stage or the delivery stage. Some in the office use it just for hot water (with their own tea bag) and on occasion the hot water wont come out at all! Also, the new one needs a water filter. I didn't see that. I probably would not buy this again. as for the filter, we use filtered water so there is never a calcium buildup, so we certainly don't need the filter. 12/09/2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by OK - When it works This Keurig brewer makes a great cup of coffee when it works properly, it seems to have a mind of its own and every once in a while will stop brewing before the cycle is finished. It is also very noisy-loud when running. It does make a cup of coffee super fast & hot, Bottom line is that the machine itself is cheaply made (all plastic), high priced and not at all what I expected a Keurig Brand machine to be. There are only 2 adults in my home, so I will see how long it lasts. I have used it to make iced coffee, its a little tricky but came out good. I guess I just am not really thrilled with my new Keurig as much as I thought I would be. I would NOT buy again. 11/15/2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Not what I expected! We LOVE the Keurig and use it at least 6 times a day. Our old Keurig was beginning to show signs of "dying" so I decided it might be time to get a new one. The red one looked like the perfect replacement. I was sorely disappointed in the quality of this red model. This one is slower than our aging one and the exterior is a cheap plastic with an overall dull finish. Our older, black stainless model is a lot more sturdy, makes coffee faster and does not have a dull finish. We had already assembled the new one and made several cups of coffee with it and didn't feel we could return it. But I would advise anyone not to waste money on this one. 09/24/2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Almost as good, but not... I love the new colors the Keurig brewer comes in but there were other changes made that did not make sense! My other Keurig had a tank light, an option you don't miss until you no longer have it. My brewer sits in a dark corner of the kitchen and that illuminated refill tank was priceless. I did not realize when I ordered this product that this feature had been removed or I would have just kept my old one, which was still working fine! 12/04/2014
