I just received a pair of these shoes in brown. Right away I can tell they're either not leather, or made of some of the cheapest leather. They look too plasticky. The ad, although categorized as brown, they appear to be more like rededish-wine, and that's why I bought them. Brown is brown, and so are these...they're not close to the color they appear to be on line.

These are some of the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I am in textile plants with concrete floors and never come home limping because of the ample padding and support. The soles show minimal wear and the naugabeast (imitation leather) does not blemish easily. I have had these shoes for about six months and the shoes look very good. The problem is the sole of this pair of shoes have started coming apart at the heels. The glue used to hold the upper to the soul is totally failing. I have both the brown and black colors in this shoe. Fortunately, I can currently report there are no problems with the other pair but what I have read on the internet is not very promising.

I purchased this product in order to find something that had the look of a dress shoe but the comfort of a work boot, and found a great combo. This is by far one of the most comfortable dress shoes I have worn, and, being on my feet for 8-10 hour, I have definitely put them through the test. They are great for any time that you need a shoe that is both comfortable and good looking. They are durable, resisting the usual dress shoe "stress marks" that come from frequent walking, and are easy to clean and return to a clean, crisp appearance when needed.
Rated 3 out of 5Â by MBLovesKohls Attractive, comfortable, but did not hold up well.
The shoes were attractive and comfortable as advertised. However, unlike any other Kohl's purchase, these seems to be of poor quality. While at work my son noticed that the leather was cut almost in a square. He had to cut off the flap to return to work. This was not at a seam, which would be more likely. It was in the center of the shoe. It may not have been a fault in the construction, but we have never had a problem with a Kohl's product before. We are very loyal customers and are not sure it was poor quality of the shoe, but it was odd.
