Rated 1 out of 5 by Stupid 2-piece pan Q: What's the point of the feet? A: They allow gravity to keep the cake from compressing and air to circulate under the upside-down cake while it cools resulting in a light & fluffy angel food cake. Problem: When you flip the cake upside-down, the bottom loosens and the cake slides down, so it sits directly on the cooling rack or counter top, thus smooshing the cake anyway. Might as well cool it right side up. Review: I really hate this pan. I'm going to make angel food CUPCAKES until I find a better tube pan. 07/27/2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by Horrible Pan This is the worst angel food cake pan I have ever used!! I asked for this for Christmas and was very disappointed when I used it to make Easter desert for my family and my cake burnt in it as well as stuck to the pan. I ended up having to make triffle out of the cake because it was in such sad shape. I was glad to see the website said it was no longer available! Thank heavens Kohl's allows you to bring things back! 04/06/2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Not good I bought this cake pan a couple of months ago and now I wish I did not.The tube and bottom can be removed so cake batter slips through the bottom when it is baking Only about a couple of teaspoon but enough to bun in bottom of oven. 02/19/2011
