If I were reviewing the 6 pairs I purchased ~8 years ago, it would read all 5's. If I were reviewing the 6 pairs I purchased ~2 years ago, some of the scores would have dropped to 3's and 4's because Union Bay went with a lighter weight material which proved less durable. Since I am now reviewing my purchase from 1 month ago, they are at 2's because the material is even lighter, the 'relaxed' aspect is less relaxed (new cut is quite tight in the butt and thighs and I weigh less than I did with the previous purchases), the small pockets are now open not Velcro closable, and the large cargo pockets are secured with one Velcro not two.

I bought these pants for work because they were really comfy when i tried them on, definitely pants i love wearing all day, plus I love having a lot of pockets. The quality of the fabric isnt so great tho, neither is the stitching in some places, but its not all that bad. I went and bought a couple more colors to wear on my days off because they are so comfortable. They hold up well if youre not wearing them to work or anywhere theyd be taking a beating, but for casual everyday wear theyre perfect, definitely comfortable! I will definitely buy these again once the old ones get too worn out to wear!

My son likes them most because the pockets are larger than most pants or jeans. We both noticed that the color shown for the "leaf", looks gray, but it really is a light olive green color. He had an exact pair before and mentioned that they worn out kind of fast. He also didn't care for the belt that comes with it, so he uses a leather belt instead.

Like others I have read now, I bought two pairs about 8 months ago at my local Kohl's store and loved them. Thought I'd get two more pair before the disappear like most pants do when I find a style that fits. Ordered two more pair online and had the wife take them back to the store and get herself something. I could barely get my legs in these things now. I prefer to wear boots when I can and the old ones fit perfectly over my boots, new ones, not a chance. So disappointed they changed these. I get that slim/skinny jeans might be the "in" thing now, but not everybody likes that style. Guys, unless you're walking around on a pair of toothpicks or like the skinny look, keep on looking like I have to now.
