Rated 5 out of 5 by This is a GREAT coffee pot I've never had a Cuisinart coffee maker before, so I was a little leery of how good it would be. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I like this one. I really like how you can set the temperature of the coffee, because I like to drink my coffee black and with other pots I had to let my coffee sit and cool before I could drink it. I also like the cone shape of the place where you put your coffee filter, because now the filter can't fold in on itself an allow the coffee grounds to end up in the coffee pot. It also helps all the coffee drain into the pot, so that when I pull out the used coffee filter to throw it away it isn't dripping everywhere. I really like the coffee pot/carafe and it is the first one that I've had that doesn't drip at all when I pour myself a cup of coffee. The brew cycle is very quick, which is also nice. 02/09/2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by Disappointing This coffee maker has never worked for me. It just basically makes brown water. I've tried everything, changing coffee brands, grinding my own coffee beans, putting more coffee in, changing different filters, etc. and it never comes out right. I'm disappointed because I love the look of it and I own many other cusinart products which I love. I even emailed the company to ask if they had any way of fixing it or any recommendations and of course I heard nothing back from them. Maybe I just got a dud because I see no one else had this problem. I threw out the packaging and reciept so I'll just take it as a loss.. :( 07/16/2011
Rated 3 out of 5 by I loved this coffeemaker until it quit working. I purchased this coffeemaker and loved the way it performed until it just recently stopped working. I made one pot of coffee and went to make another pot the following day and nothing! The saddest part is I only used it on Saturday and Sunday. The rest of the time I drank my coffee on the way to work and didn't brew a pot at home. I purchased this either one or two years ago so I do not feel I got my money's worth out of it. I am thinking it was one year ago. Will have to get my receipt out and check for sure. Will be attempting to get a replacement thru their 3 year warranty. Purchased online at Koh'ls. 11/06/2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by had all the features we wanted We were looking for a coffee maker that would make at least 12 cups, could be programmed for a specific time, had a pause and serve feature, and had temperature control for the warming plate and a 'time-out' feature- after a designated time, the coffee maker turns off. This one got a good review in Consumer Reports, and is supposed last well (we have only had ours a few weeks, so no input on that.) It even came with its own gold filter. We are very happy, it makes great coffee. My only complaint is that it is a little tricky to fill, but most of the ones we looked at were. Why do so many of the 'better' coffee makers have fixed water reservoirs that fill from the back, into little holes?? 07/05/2011
