Itâs my first cleaner with water filter. Iâve found it works much better than regular bagged or canister ones. There are a lot of tools for your necessities. The machine performs dry and wet cleaning perfect. The only inconvenience the machine is heavy (you pour water in one container and detergent to another), as result itâs difficult to use it in the home with levels. I would recommend the cleaner for one level apartment or house. And donât forget to rinse and dry a hose after wet cleaning otherwise you will feel fusty smell next using. Three persons have bought the Big Green by my recommendation already and everybody is happy.
Rated 4 out of 5Â by celebrytie Everything you need to clean your floors in one!
Pros: vaccum, steam mop, and carpet steam cleaner in one. The vacuum runs with water in it to lessen allergies and asthma. The steam cleaner works well as does the steam mop. Decent price for 3 tools.
Cons: The price is a bit steep to pay out at once but it really isnt bad if you think of buying a vacuum, steam mop, and steam cleaner separately. The size is a bit clunky
......but I love the steam cleaner in a canister and used to have one, it is impossible to find anymore so I am happy with this!

I have only used it as a vacuum cleaner and it did a great job picking up dust/dirt from my tile/hardwood floors. I love how the water captures all of the dirt/dust where filter vacuums emit a percentage back into the air. It is equivalent to my Thermax Vacuum that I have had for years, but this machine has lots more options. It will be nice to have 1 vacuum that does it all. It is bigger and heavier than I wish it would be but as long as it does the job, that's just a mild inconvenience.

This may be the most disappointed I have ever been in a purchase. I unpacked and assembled the machine following the instructions. Turn it on to start vacuuming and the suction was so poor it would not pick up a single thing. Shut it down and went through all the trouble shooting tips to no avail. While going through the trouble shooting multiple times I have to say I am not impressed with the design and can see why the suction is nonexistent. I am not sure where the air powered floor turbo brush derives its name but the brush would not even turn. Unfortunately I now have a 100 percent useless piece of equipment taking up space.
