When I ordered this shoe, I noticed it had thicker soles than other shoes, so I thought they would last a decent amount of time. After only two months, the soles wore through to the inner layer, which means no traction, and water can get in. These aren't worth the money. It wouldn't be as bad if it took even six months to get here, but two is inexcusable.

I bought these shoes for my husband who had worn is other pair out. He loves them and says they are extremely comfortable.
Rated 4 out of 5Â by RWBitters Comfortable - Will not Last - But love them anyway
I have had at least 5 pairs of these shoes over the past seven years. I will keep buying them because they are very comfortable, look good, and feel almost like a sneaker. I also occasionally ride a motorcycle to work, and they lace up tight, and have a nice non-slip sole.
The down side to these shoes is that they do not last. Every pair I've had - the sole will split across the width of the shoe, right between the arch and ball of the foot. The the outer covering on the laces will wear and fray. I wear them only to work, I work a desk job, and do not do a lot of walking in them, and they only last about 18 months at best.

I have to wear orthopedic insoles due to a bad ankle. These Nunn Bush are the only shoes that I have found that will allow me to use my insoles that are a type of dress shoe. I am on my feet a lot and these shoe are as comfortable, just like tennis shoe that I have been forced to wear because of the size of the insoles I have.
Regarding comfort, these are some of the most comfortable dress type shoes that I have ever owned. If you are looking for comfort then these Nunn Bush are the shoes you need.
When it comes to durability, these Nunn Bush are great expect for the soles. If you are n your feet and do a lot of walking them you will wear through out the soles quickly.
