Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great flosser if one has crowns and bridges! My dentist recommended the Airfloss Flosser after I had a bridge placed and was experiencing tenderness from flossing around it. The product also cleans well around my crowns. I can only imagine how well it would help with cleaning when one has braces on their teeth. The Airfloss Flosser is a great addition to my dental hygiene routine. It can be messy - be sure to close your lips around the nozzle or water will be squirting everywhere! Use with mouthwash or water or a mixture of the two for a fresh feeling mouth and breath.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Product is faulty, POOR customer service I owned one of these for many years until it died out. Recently I purchased another, the new and improved model.. NOT. I read the reviews and how the thing just quits after a few weeks, well, that's exactly what happened in 4 weeks. First the pressure of the newer model is not as powerful... poor improvement. Second, the product is just faulty if so many are quitting after a few weeks. Wake up Philips. Customer service couldn't replace the item, instead, I have to wait several days for them to mail me a return label, then 6-8 weeks for a refund. Are you kidding? If the company that makes this product, can't even replace it, something is seriously wrong. This product is a waste of money and time. Customer service is extremely poor. Will never purchase another philips product again. Way too much trouble.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Airfloss Ultra -Good concept I bought Airfloss, after months it no more start again, I returned it to Shop and they contacted Philips Middle East Dubai and changed to new one, unfortunately it was broken again after 4 months. I been i Bahrain , and contacted Service Provider there, after some procedure of confirmation and excellent support from Philips Middle East Dubai -i received new one, I hope it will working longer. Special thanks for Ms.Qura from Philips Customer Service OAE for good assistance, I still thinking -Philips well organised and innovation company. I wrote the review , because like loyal customer we need say also own positive feeling

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I purchased a Phillips Sonicare Aquaflosser expecting it to be superior to my previous Aquaflosser. After one week it stopped working. I want a refu It is rubbish. It failed after one week. Sent it in for repairs a month ago - in fact I want a refund. It is an inferior product and the functionality is annoying and inefficient. Stupid pulsing action is not acceptable. I had a aquaflosser previously and that was a superior product.
