Rated 3 out of 5 by from A little bit hard to get flying My kids were very excited to see this package arrive. When we got it out of the box, it was much lighter than I expected it to be. The aircraft is made out of a foam material making it super light. Once we got the batteries in and charged it up, we took it outside to test it out. It was a bit hard to figure out how to get it to fly, but after a few days of practice we got a bit better. I think better directions on how to fly it could be helpful. The directions that were enclosed were short and sweet. Pointers would have been useful. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Save your money We were really excited to try the Star WArs Tie Fighter Advanced. When it arrived we were slightly disappointed. The remote weighs more than the actual Tie Fighter does. It feels very flimsy and not at all like something that would stand the test of time. My boys did have some fun playing with it for all of 10 minutes. We even took it to a backyard birthday party and it wasn't a hit there either. Overall, if I had paid for this I would've taken it back. It wasn't at all what we were expecting. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Air Hogs: Star Wars Tin Fighter Advance The product looks good in the package. However, the package is a little bulky in comparison to the product itself. The star fighter is made out of foam and it may seem fragile but it is very well made and durable. I have crashed it a few times on concrete and it didn't break. The instructions are well written and easy to follow. The remote is very well put together. It is not bulky and easy to hold like a game remote. The Star Fighter takes off well however, percise turning can be a bit tricky. Manuvering the Star Fighter will take much need time and practice IN A LARGE OPEN AREA "park preferred". Once you get use to it, it is a really fun toy. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Air hogs Star Wars fighter I was sent a air hogs Star Wars fighter there was a few pro and cons. Pretty cool toy to say the least! First it needs 8 batteries(that's a lot in my opinion) we also needed a lot of flying room. Wouldn't recommend flying in your average backyard. More flying room makes for a longer flight & more control. My husband ended up testing it out for us since my 7 y/o couldn't get the hang of it right away. So yes it takes a little playing and practice to get it down. The flyer is made of foam so even after a few crashes it held very well. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
