Rated 2 out of 5 by Carafe pod I bought the K 475 brewer expecting to use a reusable filter like the single cup k cup Brewers. There were several on the site I ordered my brewer from. I picked one that said "k-cup filter for Keurig 2.0". When I inserted it into the brewer and it said it was not compatible and to call the service. I called and was told Keurig does not have a reusable filter for the carafe size Brewers. Very diapointed! There are pods for the carafe size but our grocery store only carries two types of coffee in the carafe size. They can be ordered through Keurig but still expensive. 07/29/2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by Only uses Keurig brand pods - BEWARE Returned this item because cannot use any pods other than Keurig's!! There are so many non-Keurig brand pods that I prefer to use. This limits me to paying more and buying only Keurig name pods. Not a good move on Keurig's part!! 08/17/2016
Rated 2 out of 5 by Very disappointed This is our 5th Keurig. Possibly the last. Although, we love the convenience of this product, we have found that they barely work after one year. There is only 2 of us in the home and we probably use 2 to 3 times a day. Getting hot water is slow, having to hold the button in is tedious. I had Keurig cups that were older and it wouldn't take them. Now, after 16 months, it won't do anything! Problems with the touchscreen started months before this(unable to change size of cup), then it decided to work again, now it just won't turn on. 07/20/2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by I miss my old keurig I bought this to replace my old one. I loved keurig and bought a lot of pods. I had no idea the old pods would not work. I am afraid to purchase coffee, I don't see the k475 listed under compatible machines. Also have gotten a lot of error messages needing to clean the needle. Sad to say, but I will most likely go with another brand very soon. 08/09/2016
