Rated 5 out of 5 by from My granddaughter bought this for my birthday I received this keurig475 for my birthday, first let me say it is not my first I originally had one of the very first keyring then moved up to a two hundred series, then this wonderful machine. So far I have handed down the first two but do not see this wonderful machine leaving for a long time. Love carafe feature especially when we have company..It is so easy to keep clean and every cup is like that first cup you get from a new brewer. Their brewers are great and their customer service always seems to answer you with a smile.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So far I love it! My platinum model started acting up after 3 years of daily use, so I had to dispose of it. I also got rid of my mini as I bought it for travel and it was too heavy and annoying to have no water tank. I like the 475's 70 oz water tank, less frequent filling. I did not have to read the manual to set it up. Easy to use. I like how simple it is to set the energy saver options to turn on and off at certain times. Good tasting coffee. Did not come with carafe and that is okay as I like fresh, hot, and a variety of coffee flavors each day. I suppose it would be nice to brew a carafe when company is over, so a nice option. I like the sandy pearl color, it is bright and cheerful looking. Just have had a few days and so far I just love it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cheap product I bought the first Keurig v1 years ago and its still working but gave it to my daughter, So I bought a 2.0, Its lasted about 2 months and the screen went all white so I took it back to HHGgreg and they exchanged it for a new one for me which lasted about 10 months and now it just doesn't work at all. I tried descaling it again but it won't pump water at all to even do this. I have tried a hard power restore but no go. I hate paying $200 for a coffee make that won't last... I haven't even used it that much. Maybe twice a week if that. Keurig needs to improve on there quality

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not nearly as good as the Vue After several years, we developed a problem with our Vue so we "upgraded" to this. I'm only giving it three stars because my husband likes it. I'd give it 1 or 2. It uses water to a ridiculous degree. Pods get stuck in it frequently (apparently you have to slam the top down to get the needle to pierce and half the time it doesn't work, wasting water and pods). We get the needle maintenance message way more frequently than was suggested we would. And you can't recycle the pods like you could with the Vue. Unfortunately, I don't have a suggestion for what to get. I wish they still made the Vue.
