I bought my coffee maker two days ago and after only a few cups of coffee starting having an issue. I started reading reviews and saw that there were a lot of problems but every time curing told the person to call customer service. I called customer service and went through the entire loading procedure with the rep and found that I was in loading the kcup incorrectly . Do not slide the lower slide down with your hand before installing the pod. Just put it in and shut the lid. The rep recommended opening it back up and then closing it again. He also recommended shaking the pod before installing. I followed the directions and it worked.

We got ours on July 4th. It worked correctly for about a week, then started adding all of the grounds to our coffee. We cleaned it, tried new filters, etc...every 2 or 3 days it would dump the grounds. Finally returned it to the store yesterday, August 14th. We just figured we must have gotten a defective one because we've used Keurig for years. This morning, the first two cups dumped all the grounds...this will be going back today. We got it for the larger water reservoir but I guess we'll have to go back to one of the older models. Way too much money for these kinds of problems! Mr. Coffee looks better and better!
