Rated 3 out of 5 by Remington Shaver Yes indeed, I do have very important concerns. 1/ When we were in Hongkong and Singapore I was unable to get parts and I was told that Remington simply was not represented!!! Even that it was built in China, Hong Kong did not have it! 2/ With my older previous set I had trouble keeping the protection for the blades in position, even that I suppressed the side pinchers upon removing and repositioning the blades. 3/ With the new shaver I AGAIN have the same problem and had to order new covers. It is always on one side. It is supposed to click into position and when used for a while it does not close! A real frustration. 4/ I will in the future NOT a new Remington, period. jkstutterheim 07/28/2013
