Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very high quality I purchased these after I bought some a year or two ago in a different color for another room. I loved them so much I ordered a set for the living room when we moved recently. LOVE the gold color and they do a great job of blocking light. Worth every penny as we will have them for years!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very well-made and I love the feel of the material These curtains are very beautiful and very well-made. I love the fact that they came with weights at the bottom that will help them stay formed. I would highly recommend them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from love these-want more The curtains arrived yesterday, and i wondered how such a small box could contain two decent curtains. The first thing I noticed as I opened the box was the weight and color. The curtains weren't very heavy weight wise, but the color (Precious Pink) was a perfect, soft pink, like a fresh rose with a touch Pepto-Bismol, but in a good way. As light weight as the curtains seemed, I was sure they'd never block light. Boy, was I wrong. I hung the first curtain and was instantly impressed, the second one made the room almost pitch black. I made excuses--the window blinds were closed (they weren't even down); it's cloudy (it wasn't). I was forced to reassess my first impression. Many blackout curtains have an almost plastic feel--these do not. The fabric is lovely: soft and light to the touch, and the color is delicate and pure. The curtains block daylight at 10:00 a.m., which means they'll block street lights at 10:00 p,m. The curtains have weights in them to help them hang neatly, and also to help them stay closed/together in the center. The top treatment can either be rod or back-tab and are large enough for the larger diameter rods, though I am using them on a 3/4" rod and they work and look lovely. I'm using the tab back, because they let the curtains fall into beautiful pleats. Also, with the back tab, I can wrap the curtain edges around the rod brackets so the curtains touch the wall and block any stray side light coming in. Also (my opinion) tabbed curtains stay together in the center better than rod pocket. I purchased the 84" and they fall just to the floor--exactly where I wanted them. Fresh out of the package, the curtains have deep creases from being folded. I've hung them, hoping the creases will come out, but, if not, I'm certain a gentle iron will smooth them out. Only three drawbacks: (1) DRY CLEAN ONLY. (2) I want more for the rest of my house. (3) They're not available in ivory, beige or white at this time. Sigh.
