Rated 1 out of 5 by from NO AC ADAPTER! This is cute, but not worth the price. It is plastic, not ceramic like so many of the other SNS village I have. This is a pricey one and If anyone is planning on purchasing they should be aware there is no AC adapter included, and it is almost impossible to find the correct one to buy, as it is not readily available. I found the adapter only one place and it was expensive. So unless a person shells out big bucks, batteries will be required. And since it is animated, the battery power is used up quickly.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love the light weight battery operated option. I have been collecting the Saint Nicholas Villages for the past 5 years. I was actually hoping that Kohls would create some battery operated ones as well. I have limited space and outlets for displaying, so worked great for me. You cannot tell it's plastic unless you pick it up. As I get older I will appreciate the lighter weight. This looks great with my other ceramic Saint Nicholas villages. It displays a great shadow lighting effect on the wall while lit at night. I highly recommend this!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cheaply made. Ordered this online and was super disappointed with the finality once it came. Not only is it battery operated, you can purchase an adapter if you are actually able to find one, but it was plastic. I brought it in and returned it the next day.
