I ordered these pants 2 different times. I ordered the Asphalt color in a 12 short. "The first time I ordered the pants came and they were definitely mislabeled. I figured it was a fluke, returned them and reordered them. The second order came and again they were mislabeled. The inside tag said "12S" but they were HUGE! More like a 16. Beware. I ended up getting a 12 Petite.

So I have two pairs of these pants, and they are definitely my go-to pants for casual days, I love that they roll/button into capri's. I bought a pair in camo in April-I thought they ran larger than usual (I'm generally an 8 in pants, ordered a 6 and they were comfortable if a little big). I purchased another pair in late July-they are slightly different than my previous pair (the previous pair had an one/slit pocket on one leg, a button cargo pocket on the other, this newer pair in the asphalt gray has a zipper pocket on one leg) and I would say the newer pair I have is true to size.
Material is soft and washes/wears well, the pants seem well made. Love them and will probably get more!

These pants are super comfortable and look great on. I love all the pockets. I love that they can be rolled up or worn full-length. I first ordered the urban chic (grayish green) in my regular size. They were too big. I reordered one size smaller, and they fit great. I loved the pants so much I ordered three other colors in the smaller size. Some fit, and some were too tight! I reordered again. The colors that fit true to size for me were the gray and blue. The ones that fit one size smaller were the urban chic and the black. You may want to order two sizes to see which fit best. It is frustrating that the sizing is not consistent. Other than that, these are great pants that I wear often.

These pants work well for me because I have an "apple" figure and they're kind of a straight line from waist to hip. There's a normal waistband for the front third of the pants and then it goes elastic. It's comfortable and it isn't gathered in the front, only in the back. There are only two belt loops, in the front. The pants themselves and the elastic waist band stretch out, so a belt becomes required, but doesn't really work with just two belt loops (I might bring my inexpensive pants to get belt loops added!). There's a big difference in pants that are supposed to be the same size. They run big and stretch out so I recommend going up a size. Half the size 8 pants I've tried on are snug on me and half are baggy.
