Rated 2 out of 5 by from Owner of 9 months My husband bought this for me as a Christmas present. Worked the way I expected it to, but about 6 months of ownership the band started bubbling. By 8 months it started separating around the clock area and now it easily flaps away. I have heard this is common for the charger and that if you kept the box you could send it in for a replacement, but who keeps the box? It does still function normal but I am concerned as it is no longer really splash resistant. I'm holding out for the newer charger at this point and will keep the box on that I guess if it does the same.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Watch is very versatile and durable. The setup is very easy. Is sinks easily to your phone and other devices and the instructions are easy to follow. It will sink to existing calorie counting apps that you may already be familiar with and would rather keep using. Tracks sleep patterns, when your sleeping, when your not. I like that it tracts your heart rate because I have a condition that warrants close monitoring and this helps me so much. So 5 stars for me. Totally recommend for that alone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A switch from my Fitbit Flex. Alot of people complain about stair count. However, if they knew how they were calculated that may give some insight as to why their numbers are off. Fitbits are best with step based exercise regimens (running, walking, etc). With this one you can put it in activity mode and even if it can't track steps(weight lifting) it can still pick up your HR and give you a calorie burn estimate. I had a great customer service experience and the website is pretty informative gives information on all the functions the HR does. Also they have forums you can post questions or see if anyone had the same question as you. *couldn't think of any real cons.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good for individuals tracking fitness This is a very good product. I ordered two, one for myself and one for my spouse. Even though I measured my wrist based on the instructions, I found that mine ran a bit small and have to use the very last hole in the band to wear it comfortably. Mine and my spouses were exactly the same (Charge HR), except for the color. Mine is black and my spouse's is plum. However, being the same one would think they would work the same...they do not. My spouse's changes function with the twist of a wrist. Mine however, changes function by tapping the face of the fitbit. Set up exactly the same so confusing at most.
