Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worked One Time I purchased the steamer because I have a job where physical appearance is essential. It worked one time and I was so disappointed. But more disappointing was Rowenta's poor customer service. I would never purchase from this company again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works good I used this steamer to help get the wrinkles out of my clothes, I do not like my wife to put my shirts in the dryer so I hang them up to dry. This got the wrinkles out of my shirts easy and quicker then ironing them without having to worry about shrinkage. I like that it's smaller and doesn't take up much room it's easy to take with you from room to room or traveling it wouldn't take up much space. It came with a lint attachment which I also use to help get the lint off my shirts. It didn't leave water spots all over my clothes either.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great substitute for ironing I really hate ironing and this steamer really helps cut down the time for my clothes to be look sharp. Assembly was super easy and I really didn't need the instructions. However, the instructions were well written and illustrations were easy to follow as well. I don't think this can fully replace an iron but it does a good job removing wrinkles. However I did notice that the results are not as good as with an iron and garments are a bit damp after you're done. I use it mostly on delicate clothes like night gowns or my drapes to sanitize and avoid damaging the fabric. The on/off is located at the front of the unit as a foot pedal. Once I turned the steamer on, it took under a minute for the steam to begin coming out. Rowenta recommends using half tap water and half distilled water. I used tap water. The water tank is is big, removable and easy to fill. This steamer has an integrated hanger hook but the hanger isn't that great, but you can use your own. Shirts hang nicely from it, and steaming all sides can be accomplished in a couple of minutes. It also comes with 3 different accessories: fabric brush, crease attachment, lint pad.The pole is removable and height is adjustable for convenience while steaming and for storage. Overall, it is a great steamer. I think it did a good job with everything I used it on.
