Rated 1 out of 5 by from Does NOT automatically track activities I purchased this UP2 in the mid October, I'm very disappointed that this tracker doesn't automatically track activities. It requires pairing with my iPhone to get my activity record. I'm a retire person. For years, I only carrying my smart phone with me when I go out. Now, in order to get my activity information, I’m carrying my smart phone around the house all day long. What's the point to wear UP2? I had the first 2 generations of the Fitbit, I could get my steps, floors climbed, sleep info automatically without carrying my smart phone. Once again, I'm checking out the Fitbit.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Won't stay hooked Mine kept falling off. Luckily I always felt it this last time I didn't feel it because I was putting on a coat. I have no idea where it is. Itfell off too many times in four months. I'm not buying another one of these. I'm going with a real watch type band.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Wont charge - no Jawbone support!!! I have used Jawbone UP in the past (purchased through Kohls) and always love them. When my UP2 strap broke at New Years, I ordered a new Jawbone UP2 (orchid strap). Kohls was prompt in its delivery. Unfortunately that is where the good news ends. I attempted to charge and then sync the new devise to the UP app - the band would not take a full charge. I followed directions as to how to "reset" the band - did not work. I filled out a "Customer Support Form" with Jawbone on 1/7/17. The next day I received a "Case #) email stating that a case had been opened to take care of my issue. A full 10 days later and NOTHING from Jawbone!! I have tried to call their 800# and the message is "All lines are busy. Try again later" and disconnection repeatedly on different days. So this morning I filled out the form on the Jawbone CS site referencing my Case number and complaint. I just recieved a new case number referencing the old case number!!!! Googling online this has been a problem with Jawbone since at least November 2016 where there is no Customer Support only roto-replies and bogus Case #s. I just called Kohls and am returning this piece of junk.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LOVE THIS PRODUCT I did a ton of research before I decided on the Jawbone 2, and this product gives me everything I need with a sleek look. It doesn't look like a thick activity tracker, it resembles a pretty bracelet. The app that goes along with it is easy to use, and it fits my itty bitty wrist which I was a bit worried about. I've been wearing it for 3 days so far and have had no issues. I've read mixed reviews on wearing it in the shower, so I take it off to be safe. Love the product!
