Rated 1 out of 5 by from Absolutely horrible I bought this because I wanted to spiralize vegetables for salads and also because I like to slice apples for pie and for dried apples. Horrible! It seems the blades aren't sharp at all - the vegetables turn to mush and it was not able to peel or slice the apples. Completely useless waste of money. I've gone back to using an apple peeler/slicer that I turn by hand and to slicing zucchini etc. on a mandolin and then cutting into noodles. Very very disappointed, and I'm not sure that I trust any of the other kitchen aid attachments after this bad experience. I would give negative stars if I could.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works as I'd expect a Kitchenaid product to work ... It is easily assembled, and works very well ... much better than a standalone peeler I'd used before. It made fast work of spiralizing zucchini and other vegetables. My only caveat is that items like broccoli stalks don't work in it ... the part holding the base of the stalk cannot grip it well enough to allow spiralizing an asymmetrical stalk. This is as much an issue with the vegetable as it is with the design. Only a cone-type spiralizer is likely going to work well with broccoli stalks. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Finally!! I bought this a few weeks ago and absolutely love this product. I am also an owner of a Veggetti and apple corer/slicer/spiralizer that clamps into my island. I am getting rid of these space-wasters this week. The Kitchenaid Spiralizer Stand Attachment has everything I need and is so easy to put together, clean up, and it all stores in a perfect box with a magnetic lid. My children have had spiraled apples everyday after school and they have been begging me to make curly potato and sweet potato fries...again. I love the smaller core and larger core blades because one size doesn't always fit all. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very Expensive attachment! I bought the attachment during summer and used it to spiralize zucchini. It worked ok on certain sizes. I mostly was looking for the apple peeler to core and peel apples quickly for fall deserts. It did peel the apple but it produced a lot of waste while doing so. You have to buy double the amount of apples for the recipe because you have to slice off a portion to have the apple flush. It took about 1/8 inch of apple with the skin when it peeled the apple. I ended up hand peeling and coring the apples because I wouldn't have enough for the recipe. Very disappointed!
