Rated 5 out of 5 by from Has the heaviness I like. This is an overall neutral colored quilt, but there were pops of bright color stitched into the quilt, that were not loud or distracting. It has a little weight to it, which is good if you do not like the microfiber quilts that are super lightweight.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great summer quilt Just what I wanted, a neutral (taupe), summer quilt. Dark enough to not show dirt after a few days of the dogs sleeping on it. The machine embroidery in blue and brown is subtle but effective. I'm a quilter, so I didn't want one of the pieced quilts--they're much inferior to what I make. I got a great deal, it was on clearance, plus I had a 30% coupon. Haven't washed it yet--for me, the test of quality So, great neutral summer quilt, great price, real quality/durability yet to be determined..

Rated 4 out of 5 by from versatile, pretty quilt The Home Classics® New Traditions Kayla Quilt is a versatile, neutral quilt that can be used with multiple color combinations. This is what I was looking for. The embroidery stitching is well done, adds a touch of flare. Love that it is made of cotton, keeps it light weight and cool for the summer. Haven't washed the quilt yet so can't comment on that but expect that it will soften up a bit and wash well.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Pretty but flawed. I really wanted to love this quilt but with half the embroidery missing from a motif and unraveling in various areas throughout the quilt I had to return as flawed.
