Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent pan Bought just the 1.5 saucepan on another site. It has become the go-to pan in this house. Great conductor of heat. My husband really likes it and would like to replace our 15 yr old cuisinart set with these pans. However, he doesn't know what I paid for just this perfect sized saucepan. :-)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from very impressed ! for a first-time-buyer of wedding gift, this 10-piece set may truly last many many years of use.kitchenAid useage of18/10 thickness of very refined stainlesssteel, lovely to use+with less/or/no pitting of metal surface-over the years..[stainless steel'quality-is a-must-to-know-about]the copper-core also spreads the heat evenly for those smooth custards, white sauce with cheese etc, even cooking or simmering ,fruit jams to many yummy meals many viewers are very capable of making. the "temperature range indicated in article"for these 7ply St,less/steel etc ,is a great assest, noting the range of stoves, induction, gas ,heat variations which pots+pans are used on/in ,this set should handle that, just learn metric conversion//celsius=fahrenheit. pots+pans can last a lifetime =fine quality=always+ good knowledge and care. this set has that already to use, the rest is up to the user. from experience with french enameld'd cast-iron, aluminum=low grade+high grade restaurant use, other mixed layered pans, whiteglass type pots, thin stainless-steel(very fine st.steel the thickness is key for heat tolerated) even induction heating can vary in watts of heat. THE BEST is that, Finally ,the word PROFESSIONAL OR COMMERCIAL WAS "NOT" used in the discription-by this company for those words never did really means much to the Quality . if i had a repeat life ,at the price this set is at ,WELL I'd get TWO sets now keeping one for the 35-40 year usesage mark. learn about deglazing , even deglaze a frypan after saute and egg! learn about cooling a pan down, just don't cold water it if hot'or deglazing. have an area ready for a hot pan off the heat source.learn about what food combo's do not work or change color food or the pan . eg heated grape juice on enamel ~!white wines in food or rice vinegar ~verse ~staniless steel, those black coated pan , not tef stuff the other surface ,those react badly with tomatoes. as this Kitchen aid site for much more info of cleaning and if certain foods react with the type of stainless steel. that is for you to find out,i already know to much for this "brief' review , yet with no hesitation this particlular set,is very nice to see and be available. to kitchenAid -- i have no idea of what the question at beginning meant by ~Sound~? hope your not bouncing the pans on the floor or kitchen sink , ps i have never miss treated a pot+pan by using a dishwashing machine. now thats another good hint of useage.
