Rated 1 out of 5 by from I am very sad! Poor Workmanship! I am very disappointed! I could not wait to get these dishes delivered to my house. They are so pretty but the workmanship is terrible! I know some dishes depending on the material can have minor flaws. But there are too many in these 2 red sets for me to ignore. The large plates were not universally shaped, when I look at them in my cabinet I see large waves, they do not stack evenly. A few other flaws were white paint fingertips on top of the red paint, missing red paint so that the white underneath showed through, paint smears, drips of paint and some rough spots on the bottoms. I hate that I have to return them! Disgruntled!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from wouldn't get again I got these dishes for christmas, one mug had a big black thread stuck in the glaze. I called Pflatzgraff customer service and was sent a new mug. however, many of telling pieces have holes/popped bubbles, in the paint or glaze, paint is thin in places and looks like it was smeared. The worst of it is thay after a month I noticed that my silverware was leaving marks on the plates. not scratches but like scuff marks. I have to wash my plates with bar keepers friend to get them off. disappointed
