Rated 1 out of 5 by from Now I have TWO of these that don't work When my first Frigidaire coffee maker (purchased March 2012) stopped working (suddenly just would not heat up) after having it for a couple years, I ordered another (November 2014) thinking the next would be better. I had some extra water filters on hand, plus I thought it would be good to have an extra glass carafe in case that broke. The second, identical model did not last as long as the first. The exact same thing happened, suddenly just would not heat up any more. The water just sat there in the reservoir. So frustrating, and I hate to just throw both of these into the landfill.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Stopped working! Overall I loved this coffee maker. There were minor issues like 1) the carafe leaked a little around the top edge under the spout when pouring 2) when you lift the top to pour in water, all the condensation dripped down the back of the coffee maker onto the counter. I was willing to put up with these issues because I loved everything else. Two days ago it just quit! The coffee cup flashed on the display but nothing happened. This coffee maker was much too expensive to be quitting after a few months! I have owned much cheaper coffee makers that have lasted longer. Many of them I replaced because I wanted an updated look. Thought I had that with this one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great coffee maker I bought the 10 cup thermal coffee maker several months ago and am very happy with this product. We previously owned the much maligned Viking coffee maker which we loved and after we knew positively that there were no longer parts available for repair we found this one. I particularly like the feature for a stronger brew. We purchased and returned six different makers before we got this one. I wish it made coffee faster but that was the main problem with the Viking it was fast and the element burned out every other month.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I like the coffee maker. Works great, easy to program , just have to pay attention if your power goes out, even for a second. Auto timer goes off and you might not know it. The carafe cracked the other day and I'm trying to replace it. Not That Easy. The included manual guides you to the website, first thing that happens when you get there. They ask for a survey. Usually I pass on those this time I did not, but the survey ask me all about my experience on the site. WHICH I JUST GOT TO. Now I can't find the way to order my replacement carafe so I'm filling out this review
