Rated 4 out of 5 by from Just what I was looking for! I really like this mat alot.  I am doing Yoga X as part of the P90X program and it works well for that and other exercises that require a mat.   I searched for a long time, having used other mats that were thinner and harsh on my ankles and knees, before I settled on this one.  The cushioning on this one is the perfect thickness.  The only issue I have is that my hands slide a little in downward dog.  I am investing in the sticky gloves to see if that will help.  Otherwise, I really like it!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from falls apart - embarrassing tilling cute and cushiony, but falls apart. After using only twice in gentle stretching the top started pilling. It continues to pill every time I use, especially after vinyasa practice with a lot of movement and embarrassing to leave blue rubber pieces behind me in class and a hassle to clean it up. Very disappointed in the quality of this product, do not buy. Buy Manduka or another high quality mat from Gaiam and save the money and time.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from chemical odor This mat has such a strong plastic/chemical odor that it gives me a headache. The texture, look and cushioning are  excellent, but I need to return it  because of the odor. I have aired it  inside and outside for 3 weeks and there is no real improvement.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Best Mat I Own This mat has a nice amount of stickiness to it. The words on the mat however do not stand out as much as they do in the picture.
