Rated 5 out of 5 by from Doc Said... Doctor said I needed these shoes. A heel bone spur has made walking not so fun. These shoes support falling arches and are well padded and feel comfy. I wear between 7.5 and 8 I got 8 and very happy. I have toe wiggle room but they're not loose. I only wish they had a calmer color since I have to wear them at work, say solid white or black. Very happy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The only running shoes for me! I have purchased the Kayanos for about 4 years. Every six months I get a new pair. I hope they never stop making them because they are the best out there. I think they are very supportive and cushiony and they fit particularly well in the arch and heel. I have a flat foot and I am even able to add an insert in these with no problem. They have never worn out on me. I throw them in the washer and let them air dry all the time. I love these shoes. By the way, my husband gets this brand and style also. We both put in a lot of miles and are totally satisfied with these shoes!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Narrow Shoe I LOVE Asics shoes, and this is the 1st pair I have ever owned that actually hurt my feet., a lot. They were very narrow and this was not labeled a narrow shoe. I will still buy Asics in the future, just not this style. Definitely not worth the money. I should have returned them.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Running on clouds I've owned version 20, 21, and now 22. My first pair took some getting used to. I was accustomed to Nike Pegasus. But after a couple of wears and runs, the Kayanos felt like they were molded for my feet and replaced all my other running shoes. The gel feels like running on clouds. They absorb shock and keep my shins, ankles, knees, and back from aching. The 22's seem a little more narrow and shorter in length, so I exchanged for half size up, and that seemed to do the trick. I took one star away because I don't love the look of Asics, but I will keep buying them as long as they take care of me. I run about 15 miles per week
