Rated 5 out of 5 by from Smells dreamy! I wanted to write a review for this product because there weren't any yet, and it's hard to buy a perfume online when one cannot sample it first. And this one is not in stores, that I've found. I will say that my first experience with this brand (Aqolina) was with a sample of Simply Pink I received about a year ago. I put it on and was immediately repelled by the sweetness of it. I washed it off right away. But later that day, I kept smelling something really good, and I finally realized it was the leftover perfume on my arm! So, I retrieved it from the trash, and reapplied it. I allowed it to bloom, and it was amazing! I couldn't stop sniffing myself! I never thought I would like these sweet, "gourmand" type of fragrances. I usually tend to the woodsy and musky. But my sample ran out in time, and I bought the perfume. I also bought the Pink Sugar, which is similar, yet different. I wanted to try this one, based on the fragrance note description, but I was unsure. I'm so glad I did. The description is apt. This fragrance may be sweet and "dessert-y," but I feel it would work well for a woman of any age. From teens all the way up to those with lots of wisdom! This is my third Aquolina "Sugar" fragrance, and I really like all of them. It's hard to choose each morning! And I'm thinking about adding the Sensual to the mix. The best description I can come up for this Gold Sugar perfume is that it is like a very elegant orange dreamsicle! I just wish it lasted longer. If I'm going out in the evening, I reapply it.
