I went thru a lot to get these shoes and I am left a bit disappointed. The look is awesome. However I wish there was more cushion and support with the shoe. I feel like New Balance doesn't put the effort into providing a solid insole since they know people can buy insoles and replace theirs. However finding one that fits and have your foot still fit is difficult. I am keeping them for when I am doing low impact at the gym but I wouldn't use them for running or high impact activities.

Cross trainers are a must when you work out in a gym due to lateral movements that you would find in a step class. Running shoes may look great but they are really ineffective when it comes to those types of workouts.
This pair is multifunctional in that I can also use it for dance classes and the foot bed is comfy. I hope to get at least a year's use out of them.

Was looking for another pair of NewBalance and checked these out online. The navy because of the fabric looks more like a gray but it is blue. they are comfy and give me enough support for my workout oh treadmill, bike, rower etc at cardiac rehab and they look cuter than my old white ones and my size 10/11 foot looks a less clunky.

I liked the style and the comfortable insole cushion. However, the back of the heel was very stiff and rubbed a sore on my left heel after only wearing for 20 minutes around the house. The other shoe did ok but it still felt very stiff. I've worn New Balance for years but this was not the shoe for me. Had to return.
