Rated 4 out of 5 by from Looks nice- not a bad chair The cushions are thick- which I thought would be good, however, they are not cozy- comfy as I was hoping for. It looks very nice and my daughter really likes which is why I am keeping. If it were up to me though, I would return for a more cozy-comfy chair. I suspect the quality will be decent and seams a little better quality than the cheaper model I had for 10 years prior to buying this one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from amazing chair I loved this chair it was super easy to put together and the grey swirl cushion print fits perfectly with my nursery. I love the pockets on the side of the arms too! It's super handy for the remote or my phone. I put it together in less than 20 minutes and it was a breeze.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not what I had hoped Chair has already been returned. Cushions are of poor quality and comfort. The gray swirl pattern was also way too much - not a subtle print. Will not be going with a Storkcraft.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not a product review but a Customer Service review I purchased this item for my grand daughter who is expecting our first great grandchild, so I really can not rate the chair at this time. However, I would like to take this opportunity to say a Big Thank You to your Customer Service team. I had to speak with them twice the day that I placed the order, so I spoke with at least 3 different people, all of whom were extremely nice and very helpful. Although discovering that my order had been cancelled within minutes after placing it was frustrating, I have to appreciate and applaud your security. This was a first time order for me from Kohl's. I was having the chair sent to a different address in a different state than my billing address, therefore this sent up a red flag and the order was cancelled. When I phoned them to find out what was going on, they were very helpful and asked the necessary questions to get my order back in the system with no problems. I appreciate that they were looking out for my best interest and safety of my private information. Thank You Very Much!!
