Ended up returning this. It's made of cheap plastic and feels like it could easily snap.
Rated 5 out of 5Â by a dentist AT LAST ! PAIN GONE
I am a dentist. My work gets my back and neck muscles work too hard.Few years ago I started suffering from pain at the upper insertion of the neck muscles to the skull.
No way to make the pain go but to wait. Got steroid injection - did not help.
Some time ago I realized that the pain was a refaired pain and that the trigger point is located 20 centimeters bellow- at the shoulder blade. But- I could not reach that area alone.
Two weeks ago I found the pinpoint back massager and my life has changed for good. Everytime the pain crawls in I take the massager and aply the hardest pressure I can to the trigger point. The pain goes away immediatly. I push the handle forward with both my hands . The product looks sturdy and I hope it will last for years.
Rated 5 out of 5Â by Daylily12 Excellent for Muscle Spasms
My back goes into bad spasms often and this product is perfect to get them out. It's like a back scratcher for muscle spasms! :) It gets hard to reach areas of your upper and mid back without assistance from anybody. You control the amount of pressure. I'm a fan!!

I have a history of terrible knots in my shoulder and neck and am currently waiting for neck surgery and taking pain meds.
Lately the pain medication has not worked at all and my back pain has been a constant pain level of 10. I found this product at target and have owned it for 48 hours and it has already changed my life! I have never been able to gain the pressure needed on the knots in my back until now.
(Just for safety purposes: I have not used this product on my neck as it may be harmful due to my need for surgery)
