Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not 100% sure about this yet It took a while to figure this out because a crucial but small part was loose in the package, landed in the bottom of the box and therefore, went out with the trash. Luckily, I found it when I went to retrieve packing materials in order to return the item. After that was solved, the product was easy to figure out. I've only tried julienning, which worked just fine, but I wish the feed tube was wider and that there was less wasted food between the blade and the lid. That's pretty typical of most food processors when grating or slicing though. Also, because of the height, there's some "food spray" when the food is making its way to the bowl.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from For Sale: Used (once) Food Processor….. I was sooo excited to get this food processor!!!! What a great idea to have a bottomless bowl to save time from emptiing it all the time. I have worked in the food industry as a chef for the last 20 years. I bought this for use in my home. This was the first time I used it and my excitement was crushed….Piece of junk! I was trying to shred some cabbage for coleslaw and I could have cut it up in half the time with a knife! You might as well cut it up with a knife because the feed chute is so narrow that you have to cut it up so small so it will fit in it! Worthless!!! I tried using all three blades for the slaw and I can say that this is the most inefficient kitchen tool I have ever used in my life! Disappointed!!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too much work Honestly, I was disappointed with this product. I put this on my wedding registry and tried it out twice. The feeder hole is too small, nothing fits down it whole except a carrot. Who wants to cube Roman tomato before getting it diced? Or cute a cucumber before getting it sliced. At that point I might as well continue using my knife. It seems like a waste of money and extra dishes.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice concept but features not meeting exspectation Ideally this attachment saves space because other appliances are not needed. The thickness feature did not seem to work & on a couple of attachments, the item may not get sliced at first so it would get caught up on top of the disk & ride along the top. On a different disc, the blade would always get stopped up or plugged. I don't think the item is worth it plus you do not get a storage case with this item (or you can pay half the price the get the case plus an additional blade that really doesn't work either).
