Nice heavy weight pan, holds 10 to 15 cups. I made a boxed cake mix in it and it filled the pan about 2/3's, cake baked evenly and all the way through. Little side handles are just big enough to use, but not so big that storage would be a problem. I use cake release when I bake, so no problems with any sticking (I added to chocolate chips to the mix, none were left in the pan). Spend a little more for this pan, it's worth it!

You will not regret getting this cake pan. Baking cakes is easier. Clean up is easier. I think all bundt cake pans should have this finish on them and the handles also. Get one you won't regret it. You will look forward to baking cakes. Ive gotten these for people b4 and have told them if they aren't 100% happy with this cake pan I will buy it back from them. Haven't had any takers

It is the best pan I ever had. I use flour-oil mix to cover the pan before pouring the batter, and the cake never sticks to it. It gets cooked evenly. I bought the pan a few years ago, and it still looks like new without any peeling. I soak the pan after baking with some warm soapy water and then wash it with a dishcloth or soft brush, everything comes off very easy this way.

I used to use the cheaper, thinner metal bundt pans, but my cakes were never consistently good. Sometimes they'd stick, not cook all the way through, etc. Then I bought this pan. Wow. What a difference a piece of cookware can make. If you do any cake baking at all, this is the one to get. A little PAM to coat it and wha-la...perfection. Truly worth every penny!
